The Baddour Center offers career opportunities with one goal – to fulfill its faith-based mission through serving the residents to the best of its ability. Some of these opportunities involve working directly with residents. For example, this might include teaching or assisting with independent living skills, working a vocational setting, or supervising persons during recreational activities. Other opportunities involve more supportive roles that help sustain day-to-day operations. Regardless, employees are considered members of The Baddour Center family and interact with residents daily.
