Music Therapy
The PCA Program offers Music Therapy with a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). Music Therapy sessions are offered in both individual and group settings and are designed to assist residents with meeting goals such as relaxing, increasing memory, increasing socialization, decreasing self- stimulatory behaviors, increasing or maintaining motor skills, and improving quality of life.
Music Therapy Internships
The Baddour Center offers two university-affiliated Music Therapy Internships per year. Interns have opportunities to gain clinical experience in Music Therapy within the PCA Program as well as travel with The Miracles.
