Happy Event's Season!

Spring is upon us and I write this having completed preparations for the Spring Symposium, my contribution to the 30th anniversary celebration, and proposals for the spring conference season. Boy, does spring ever make us feel alive and useful!

Since our last edition, we have had a new student join our ranks. Her name is Claire White and she is a psychology undergraduate from Rhodes College. Claire has been a wonderful addition to our staff. Unfortunately we can only keep her for one semester. You can read about one of the projects she has been helping with, though, on page 5.

We've also been blessed with several new admissions in 2009. We wrote about a few of the folks who joined The Baddour Center family this winter, so be sure to turn to page 9.

Last fall we asked you all to evaluate our newsletter and to give us some suggestions for people you want to know more about or topics you'd like to learn about, so this edition marks our first attempt at fulfilling your requests. One of our readers wanted to know more about our Enrichment Staff members so we asked DSP Betty Levingston to sit down and talk. You can read about Betty on page 8.

Special thanks also go to Ryan Hays, Kristi Webb, and Beth Crowell for writing about their training experiences this quarter. We love hearing what you're learning, as well as what you think of it!
