Parke Pepper, Executive Director
Parke Pepper serves as the Executive Director of The Baddour Center, a residential community for adults with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities. He assumed his duties full-time in June 2004.
Pepper, who holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Millsaps College, came to The Center from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where he worked for Developmental Disability Management Services, serving as the Administrator of Stones River Center, a community-based intermediate- care facility for adults with intellectual disabilities. He was employed with the State of Tennessee at the Arlington Developmental Center for five years prior to that.
Pepper served on the Board of Directors of the Community Rehabilitation Agencies of Tennessee between 2003 and 2009, serving as the organization's Vice-Chairman in 2003-2004 and its Treasurer from 2004 to 2009. Pepper previously served on the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Network of Community Organizations. Locally, Pepper is a member of the Senatobia Rotary Club, serving three years on its Board of Directors. He is very active in his local church, and he also coaches various youth sports teams.
Accepting the position of Executive Director at The Baddour Center was a return home for Pepper, a Mississippi native. He and his wife, Betsy, have three children: Reagan, Yates and Ash.
Pepper enjoys golfing, running, listening to music, and playing with his children.
