Message from the Executive Director

Dear Friends,

December 8, 1978 brought five residents and their families to Baddour Memorial Center, the original name of The Baddour Center, to honor Paul Baddour and his family for their dedication in establishing such a worthwhile organization.

Today, The Center serves a capacity of 171 residents and also works with 16 day clients who live in the surrounding communities.

Few organizations can say that they have stood strong through the tests of time, especially in the recent wobbling economy.

I have been a part of The Center for four years, and I will be the first to tell you how much God has blessed The Center.

Being located in a family-oriented community such as Senatobia fits well with our campus atmosphere, and we have a great relationship with The Center's neighbors and local government.

The Center also has a great support system for residents, including residents' families, Baddour employees, and other individuals who make a positive impact on The Center, such as donors and volunteers.

When I say The Center is blessed, I know that I am also blessed to have the opportunity to get to know each resident and his or her family, as well as our donors, volunteers, those who serve on our Board of Trustees, and many others who are in some way part of The Baddour Center family.

As you look forward to holiday festivities, reminisce about 2008, and prepare for The Center's 30th anniversary, I hope you know that The Baddour Center family is blessed because of you.

Merry Christmas,

Parke Pepper
Executive Director
